[Free Pattern] Simple Flower - 0 Comments

ntroducing a new embroidery pattern: Satin Stitch and French Knots, along with Spider Web Rose Stitch, to create a beautiful floral design. The Satin Stitch is the most basic stitch, making it easy for beginners to master.

To make the satin stitch easier for this flower, drawing a line within the petals while stitching makes completing the flower easy. Using four different colours for the flower adds to the excitement; choosing your own colours adds a personal touch. While the French Knots may take some time for the middle part, the joy of filling the area is rewarding. Start now and explore the world of new embroidery patterns!

I stitched lavender using the bullion stitch. This pattern is beginner-friendly and can be completed in about two hours using basic stitches like the bullion stitch, lazy daisy stitch, and straight stitch. I particularly recommend it for those trying the bullion stitch for the first time.

The bullion stitch involves wrapping the thread multiple times, and it can be a bit trickier on curves. However, in this design, you only need to wrap the thread around 7-8 times, so even beginners can achieve beautiful results. To help those new to the bullion stitch, the video demonstrates how to slowly build up the lavender by placing the stitches.

I used variegated embroidery floss for one and alternated between three different threads for the other. You can see the difference in the image.

I used a thread with purple gradation to embroider the flowers using the bullion stitch. Although the bullion stitch takes some time, it can still take about 2 hours to complete this hoop. As shown in the picture, I embroidered it on two fabrics with the same DMC color. As highlighted in the video, it's important to execute the Bullion Stitch while shaping your hands well. I plan to share a separate video on how to embroider the bullion stitch beautifully.

I had prepared the video for the recently released ‘Simple Branch Pattern’ series last week, but after shooting and editing ‘Simple Branch 1’ pattern twice, I no longer wanted to see this color combination. Therefore, I'll be releasing Purple Berry first. I plan to share Simple Branch after uploading a few other free patterns.

I originally designed this pattern with the intention of using my favorite DMC 154 color. However, upon placing the stitches as per the initial design, the right side looked empty, prompting me to add an extra branch. As you watch the video, you'll notice a branch emerging that wasn't part of the original pattern.

While others may not know, I've often experienced unplanned situations. YouTube is one example. There were many times when things didn't go as planned, leading to frustration. However, from the day I acknowledged that such things could happen, I found peace of mind.

Thank you so much for taking the time to watch the video. Look forward to the next free pattern~

[Free Pattern] Simple Branch 1

I embroidered and embroidered various designs, but embroidering plants and flowers is the most fun for me. When I stitch the leaves, I find myself completely focused, separated from my surroundings.

The description for this pattern told you to put my embroidery where there was a cup of tea and music, but in fact, it was a completely different situation when I completed this pattern. My son's friend came over, played computer games in the living room, and I finished it by chatting with him. Whatever the situation, I hope you enjoy it as well.

While drawing this pattern, I drew several more in the same series. When I draw a pattern, I always draw several versions, so I also drew several Simple Branch patterns. Please look forward to the next free pattern. It will be pretty if you embroider the series and hang them on the wall together!
